Crawford Street is a project that I’m particularly proud of, and it was a true labour-of-love for me. When I was first planning the project, I knew I wanted to combine the style and convenience of modern living with a sophisticated, heritage home, which I think we achieved nicely in the end.
The project involved gutting this old, Edwardian home right down to the brick and rebuilding it into a modern and stylish triplex.
Sitting on a quiet tree-lined street in Queen West, the now 3-kitchen, 5-bathroom house stands out because of its unique features, like the large glass windows on the third floor and the minimalistic, modern exterior. I particularly love the 2 spa-inspired bathrooms, and the extra large terrace that extends beautifully into the backyard.
